Our Process

Every Rocket City installation begins with full diamond grinding of the concrete to expose a clean, profiled surface. We repair cracks, spalling and pitting with polymer-based fillers, then apply a moisture-tolerant primer designed to resist vapor pressure from the red clay subgrade common across North Alabama. Only then do we apply our pigmented basecoat, broadcast our flake or metallic media, and seal the system with a high-build polyaspartic topcoat that cures fast and resists UV yellowing.
